This is a 2 layer Victoria Sandwich Cake filled with Raspberry Jam & Buttercream.

This was the first time ever making a fishing rod. Was really pleased with the outcome

What a difference it makes getting the correct offset colour card to co-ordinate the glitter card, it really alters the colour of the glitter

Paramedic Birthday Cake

This was relatively simple cake to make apart from the black line showing the heart beats. Who knew it was so hard to make black icing, in the end I thinned out some shop bought black fondant. Quite pleased with the result.

I designed this Cake Topper for my Aunty who is living in a Care Home. Sadly she was only allowed one family member visiting on her big birthday due to Covid which I find really sad but understand the reason why. Also the Cake Topper had to be in quarantine for 4 days before they would place it into cake………strange times

Jungle Theme Cake Topper 3D

This was my first attempt at a 3D Cake Topper as a gift for a friend. Although i’m reasonably happy with it I think the layering could have been better. For some reason when the Cake Topper is upright I can see the top layer but when played flat it doesn’t show. I’m hoping this is just because of camera angle. I also flattened the image to create a matching Birthday Card
